Yearling Prep Staff required

We are seeking yearling prep staff to help prepare our yearlings for the Tattersalls October Yearling Sales in 2024.

As the leading consignor at the Tattersalls October Book 1 Yearling Sale for the last six consecutive years this is an excellent opportunity to handle high-quality bloodstock. Whilst being an integral part of our dynamic and friendly team, working on a beautiful 1,200 acres estate with world-class facilities.

A total remuneration package of over £30,000 per annum and excellent bonuses is offered to the right candidates, in addition to accommodation. Ideally the position is from July to October 2024 inclusive but can start later. After the sales, other job opportunities with the stud may be offered if you are interested in furthering your career with us.

Applicants must have a good level of horsemanship and be eligible to work in the UK.

Full time Head Gardener required for the Manor House grounds

Newsells Park Stud is situated in 1200 acres of beautiful rolling countryside and requires an experienced Gardener to lead a small team.

The following attributes would be preferred:
• A pro-active experienced Head Gardener with appropriate horticultural skills
• Good plant knowledge and hands on flair for managing and presenting the garden and surrounding areas to the highest level
• Attention to detail and professionalism required
• Ability to create a great environment to build and develop your team.

We are seeking a stud hand to join the team and help breed and raise high-quality thoroughbred mares, foals and yearlings that have sold for up to 3,600,000gns and won Gr.1 races worldwide.

As one of our stud hand’s you will be an integral part of our dynamic and friendly team, working on a beautiful 1,200 acres estate with world-class facilities. In addition to the day- to-day care of the bloodstock the role will include sales preparation of the yearlings.

A total remuneration package of over £30,000 per annum, plus excellent bonuses and accommodation is offered. Further training and support with your career development is also provided to the right candidate.

Applicants must have a good level of horsemanship and be eligible to work in the UK.
